Reflection Questions 1. What was your favorite project to create? Why? My favorite project was definitely the monster project. Not only was this the most challenging, but it the most creative project we did all year. We were able to put our imagination into a clay piece which made making the project extremely fun. 2. Think about a time where you struggled or found something difficulty? How were you able to overcome this struggle? If you were not able to overcome this, why do you think this was? The biggest struggle I encountered this semester was trying to overcome my inability to create an even piece. Though I was never able to fix this problem, at least, I now know where I have the most problems. I probably did not spend enough time trying to fix this issue. 3. Think about when you first walked into ceramics, what did you know, what didn't you know... Now, explain how you have grown over the semester in your ability to do ceramics. (techniques, projects, overall experience.) I didn't know anything about ceramics. I didn't know what scratch and attatch was, what a slab of clay was, or what clean karma was. I have learned a ton of ceramics terms, techniques (scratch and attach), and a willingness to clean up my area more often!
